About Grace Bible

Grace Bible Church was established in Miles City in 1974 with three commitments:

• To exalt the person of Jesus Christ,
• Teach the whole counsel of scripture, and
• Model Christ’s love within the church and extend that love into the community

Exalting Christ, first and foremost, is accomplished by being in a vital spiritual relationship with him. We believe that Jesus is the eternally existent only begotten Son of God (Matt 3:17). That through faith in Christ’s perfect life, death and resurrection we are saved from the sins that separate us from God the Father (Rom 1:16-17). The necessary consequence of this redeemed life is repentance from sins past, present, and future and a life that, by the power of the Holy Spirit, is being conformed day by day to look more like Jesus (1 Cor 11:1). This is the way we exalt Christ, by properly imaging Him on this earth.

At Grace Bible Church we believe that the 66 books of the Old and New Testament is the inspired word of God (2 Peter 1:20-21). The Bible is not merely a list of dos and do nots, but a grand record of God’s faithfulness to save sinners from their sins. The scriptures reveal the grand nature of God, the nature of man and sin, and how we are to be in relationship with Him. Therefore, at GBC you will find a lot of Bible teaching. Our practice on Sunday mornings is to work through books of the Bible verse by verse, teaching the text, exhorting the meaning, and applying it to our lives (1 Tim 4:13).

We model Christ’s love within the church by striving to build one another up in the scriptures and encouraging one another to live a life that is characterized by divine blessing that comes via obedience to God’s word (Deut 28-29). We accomplish this by providing numerous opportunities for fellowship and relationship through various ministries. We extend this love into the community through evangelistic outreach and personally being ambassadors for Christ wherever we go. It is our earnest desire to be a disciple making church (Matt 28:19-20).

• Junior High Youth Group (6^th – 8^th grade): 4:00 – 5:30 PM
• Senior High Youth Group (9^th – 12^th grade): 6:00 – 8:00 PM

  • Mon @ 6:45 PM, Tues @ 9:00 AM, Thurs @ 9:00 Am
  • Childcare is provided at the Thursday morning women’s study
• Men’s Ministry
  • Friday mornings @ 6:00 AM – Breakfast and Coffee are provided
• 3 in 1 Children’s Ministry
  • Every other Wednesday from 3:45 – 5:15 PM
  • 3 in 1 is our midweek Bible Club for elementary aged children
