About The Farmhouse Cafe

The Farmhouse Café is the heart of home-style dining in Miles City. Owner Leah Ross built it from her lifelong love of cooking and family tradition. Her story began as a child, watering and cutting flowers with her grandmother and baking alongside her mom — memories that would later inspire both her flower shop and her café.

After moving to Miles City in 2017 with her two children, Leah purchased the town’s oldest operating flower shop in 2019 and renamed it Lilies & Lace. In 2022, she relocated the flower shop to its current building and brought a new vision to life — creating a welcoming, family-friendly restaurant offering meals made from scratch with generous portions and fair prices.

The Farmhouse Café reflects Leah’s warm, community-minded spirit. She and her father personally built the handmade tables and shelves that give the café its rustic charm. The menu features her family’s favorite breakfast and lunch dishes — from fresh-baked goods to hearty, savory meals — all served with a side of genuine Montana hospitality.

Every meal at The Farmhouse Café is made from scratch using Leah’s own secret seasoning blends — flavors you won’t find anywhere else. Whether you’re starting your morning or stopping in for lunch, each dish is prepared with care, hearty portions, and a homemade touch that tastes like family.

Breakfast Service

Breakfast at The Farmhouse Café is a true local favorite, featuring homemade crepes available in two sweet and two savory varieties. The menu also includes many omelets made with fresh ingredients and a popular Sunrise Burrito — a satisfying mix of hashbrowns, meat, veggies, eggs, and cheese that’s sure to please. Guests rave about the café’s crispy hashbrowns and perfectly seasoned breakfast potatoes.
Breakfast is served daily until 11:00 a.m.

Lunch Service

Lunch at The Farmhouse Café brings comfort and creativity together. Homemade soups, fresh salads (with a salad bar coming soon), and hand-cut, house-roasted lunch meats set the tone for quality. The burgers are unlike any other in Miles City — ten varieties, each made from hand-shaped patties and served on thick, buttery Texas toast. Every salad is cut to order, as it should be, for maximum freshness.
Lunch is served from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
