Hardy Deming moved to Miles City, Montana in 2021 from southwest Colorado, where he had been ranching. He worked as a licensed insurance adjuster and gained valuable experience helping clients navigate the claims process. Hardy met the previous owner of Oddy Construction through his adjusting work and purchased the company in the fall of 2024.

Hardy and his wife Wendy, childhood sweethearts who reconnected as adults, see the business as a way to build a family enterprise alongside their children. The company serves all of eastern Montana, providing quality construction and roofing services with integrity, honesty, and a commitment to treating clients like family.

With a personal background in construction dating back to college, Hardy brings hands-on experience and a strong work ethic to every project. He also owns Prime Rental, managed by Jason Oddy.
