About Rockin’ MC Leather
The Mission at Rockin’ MC Leather is to provide quality custom leather work to be used and admired throughout its lifespan.
Growing up on a ranch, MaryAnn Murray learned early on the value of family, integrity, and well-made gear. 4-H projects sparked her love for leather crafting and set her on a lifelong path of creating pieces that are both functional and works of art.
After college, marriage, and starting a family, that passion was rekindled when her husband gave her a starter set of leather tools for their anniversary. A weekend carving course soon followed—and MaryAnn was hooked. Her enthusiasm quickly grew into a business named after the family cattle brand, Rockin’ MC.
In 2022, she trained with respected artisans including Cory Seaman of Broadus, MT, and Mike DeWitt, former leather instructor at Oklahoma State University, gaining hands-on experience in saddle and boot making. Since then, Rockin’ MC Leather has continued to grow, producing high-quality, custom handcrafted saddles, boots, and specialty leather projects.
Now based in Miles City, Montana, MaryAnn operates Rockin’ MC Leather from her home workshop—balancing craftsmanship with motherhood and community life. Each piece she creates reflects her dedication to functionality, beauty, and the timeless art of leatherwork.
